Alberts Cottage is a charming 200 year old self catering cottage in the mid Norfolk village of Ashill overlooking the duck pond and within walking distance of the local public house, which serves food.  

The village of Ashill  is in the heart of Norfolk and in Breckland,  just six miles from the historic market town of Swaffham; now famed for the filming of Stephen Fry’s ‘Kingdom’. The coastal area of North Norfolk, Wells and Blakeney are within 35 miles and Sandringham, home to the Queen is less than half  an hours drive.

Bird watchers will be captivated by the wide range of rare birds in the area including the Stone Curlew.
